Search entries
A name, location, or other term entered in a search box is transmitted to the independent provider that powers the tool. Garvin County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider's privacy terms govern its handling of the query.
Messages
If you send an email or submit a contact message, we retain the content and return details as needed to respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless the law requires disclosure.
Technical Data Collected Automatically
Normal web operations can create technical and usage records when a page loads. Those records may include:
- the internet protocol address used for the request;

- pages viewed and time spent on them;
- the referring website, when supplied; and
